I am so excited and ready to share these techniques, support you through these 90 days, and watch you realize who you are.

With a new year starting, so many of us are looking for ways to improve our mental, emotional, and physical health, manage stress better, improve our relationships, and feel a sense of peace. In our world, it seems nearly impossible, doesn’t it?
We’re busier than ever. We carry so much responsibility, and so many demands are made on us. Who has time to really devote to these life improvements with all there is to juggle?
I feel you. I am an extraordinarily busy person. I have four children and many jobs. And so, I’ve devoted years to creating shortcuts to managing my inner state of peace, increasing positivity, releasing stress, and manifesting my desires. I just don’t have time to do it the long way. I bet you don’t either.
A simple and profound daily process for promoting persistent peace
I’ve taken so many courses to strengthen my intuition, understand the mind-body connection, quiet my chatty (and often self-deprecating) inner voice, and learn powerful healing techniques. I even completed a Ph.D. program in Philosophy specializing in Metaphysical Philosophy! My thirst for attaining these goals has led me to learn all I could. Over years, I’ve realized that there are easier ways to get to these goals - all of them. The root of these goals is to feel at peace.

I’ve tried and tested hundreds of meditation, manifesting, affirmations, confidence-building, and trauma healing techniques. And I figured out how to make them all simple, fast, and effective. Even more, I’ve realized how to put them in the most optimal order to build on each other day by day, over 90 days, in 5 minutes per day. While this program is designed to be a daily practice, it’s actually self-paced. The next day’s lesson will be released to you 24 hours after you mark your current day’s lesson as complete.
The best way to progress through the program is to do the lesson in the morning, and then throughout the day, whenever it fits your schedule, reflect on that day’s lesson. This helps to anchor in the concept and create shifts. It is not effective to do more than one per day, because each day’s lesson builds on a previous one.

Sure! You’ll have the previous day’s lessons always available in your account, so review as much as you’d like.
Absolutely. If you want to spend more than one day working on the lesson, go ahead. Just mark it complete when you’re done, or else if you already have the next day’s lesson, go on to that when you are ready.
It is not advised to skip a lesson. Do your best and know that we’re here to support you if you’re feeling stuck, or experiencing any resistance.
Each person should have their own account, because the community interaction and access to Alice is part of the program for each student. So, sure - do the program together, but if your family member wants to register, contact us for a family discount coupon code for that person to use.
Mindfulness is built into the core of the program. You will likely start noticing changes in your stress levels, your sleep, your sense of gratitude, optimism, and happiness as you go along. Give it time, and keep up the daily lessons. The community is here to help, and Alice is here for you too. A good idea is to read over your previous prompt journal posts to compare where you were with where you are now.
This is a 90 day program for a reason! That said, the changes are gradual and will certainly start to be noticeable for you within the first 30 days.
